I have a love for the outdoors, being outside and experiencing the things around me. I always loved taking pictures with my phone or camera when I was younger, just ask my friends, I was known as the sunset guy. I would seek out the best places to watch the sunset and I became really good at finding the best light and predicting the best sunsets. Look back far enough in my social accounts and you will see what I am talking about!
I never thought I would become a photographer. It was never a dream of mine, but it has now become my passion and dream. I eventually got a professional camera and started creating images back in 2013. I fell in love and have never looked back.
I love travelling, seeing, breathing, living, new places and things. I want to do it for the rest of my life. The photographs that I take represent to my eye what is really there. That is one of the reasons why I chose film as another medium I work with. It is the realness, raw emotion, feeling and the tones I am able to capture that cannot be recreated digitally. It helps me slow down and really think about each frame, each exposure and everything that goes into pressing the shutter. I want to tell a story and hopefully help the viewer feel something different. Photography is now my life and I hope that somehow my art can make you feel something new and different.
